Volunteer Leaders are integral to Besa! As a Volunteer Leader, you’re committed to our mission of connecting more people to community service, you’re a strong communicator who enjoys building authentic relationships with others, and you're committed to high-touch customer service.
Eligibility
To be considered for the Volunteer Leader program, we ask that you:
- Have volunteered at least 30 hours with Besa in the last six months.
- Have volunteered at three different Besa volunteer experiences.
Requirements
- Lead at least one volunteer experience per month and attend one volunteer experience per month
- Communicate to Besa staff when you'll need to step away from leading due to work, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Attend and participate in team meetings (3-4x per year), team opportunities (3-4x per year), and Besa events.
- Agree to Besa's Volunteer Leader Agreement.
