How does the Besa Waitlist work?
Yes! We encourage you to sign up for the waitlist. When a volunteer cancels, Besa will automatically move the next waitlisted person into the open spot. You will receive an email to let you know you're in. Both waitlisted and confirmed spots can be canceled if needed.
If a volunteer cancels within three hours of a volunteer experience, no waitlisted registrations will be moved to open spots due to potential logistical issues.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you have a conflict and need to cancel. Our nonprofit partners count on volunteer support to fulfill their missions.
