      What if I signed up but can no longer attend the volunteer experience?

      We get it. Life happens! Please give us as much notice as possible.

      If you are no longer available, please cancel through your user profile on the platform at impact.besa.org so we can cover your spot.

      To cancel a volunteer experience you've signed up for:

      1. Log in to Besa's Impact Platform and view your upcoming opportunities.
      2. Find the volunteer experience you need to cancel and hover over "You're Going!"
      3. The message changes to "Cancel" once you hover.
      4. Click "Cancel" and confirm. You're all set!
