# What happens if I don't show up to a volunteer experience I signed up for?

## Our nonprofit partners depend on heroes like you to fulfill their mission.

If you are no longer available, please cancel through your user profile on the platform at impact.besa.org so we can cover your spot.

When you fail to show up at a volunteer experience without canceling, we consider it a 'no show'. Accounts with consistent no-shows will be suspended.
